“Delay Spray”, “Delay Cream”, “Delay Gel” and “Delay Wipe” are typical names for topical anesthetics for premature coming, or PE. These products are also called male desensitizers, male genital desensitizers and willy desenstizers. There are literally greater than 100 of such products available on the market .
But how can there be a great number of them? And how about these product and company names? Stud 100®, Rock Solid, Duration™, DOOZ, Climax, Super-Dragon, Excite Man, Jamaican, ManDelay, Pro-Long, Sta- Erect, 持久液推薦, as well as the list continues. Could it be really so simple to create a delay spray or delay cream or delay wipe?
Apparently so. These products are abundant and cheap. A lot of them use the same ingredients and formulas. This technology has existed for over 60 years. Schapiro first reported their use within 1943 (Schapiro B. PE, an overview of 1130 cases. J Urol. 1943;50:374-9). These products will help delay coming but have the unwanted effects of lack of sensation and transference in your partner.
Promescent is the only product produced in the U.S. with patented TargetZone® Technology which greatly reduces overall lack of sensation simply because you only put it on right where you are most sensitive, and not throughout. Which means you still enjoy making love. And since Promescent absorbs to the skin, it won’t transfer for your partner when used correctly.
An anesthetic spray for the willy, used 5 minutes prior to making love, helps men delay orgasm six times over usual. The finding comes from a placebo-controlled clinical trial conducted by Plethora Solutions of London, England.
The 300 men in the study endured premature coming. Their average time and energy to coming during making love — as measured by their partners having a stopwatch — was 36 seconds.
One-third in the men used a placebo spray without any active ingredients. Two-thirds used the anesthetic spray, called PSD502 (or TEMPE in a previous study), which delivers 7.5 milligrams of lidocaine and two.5 milligrams of JO持久噴劑 towards the head from the willy (and also to the inside the foreskin, for uncircumcised men). After 3 months, placebo sprayers nearly doubled their time to visiting 66 seconds. But those that used the true spray delayed orgasm for 228 seconds — nearly four minutes.
After 3 months of spray treatment:
90% in the men in the treatment group vs. 54% in the men inside the placebo group delayed coming for over 1 minute.
74% of the men within the treatment group vs. 22% of the men qrjzdx the placebo group delayed coming for over two minutes.
62% in the treated men said their orgasms were good or great. Only 20% said that before treatment. Inside the placebo group, orgasm satisfaction went down.
There was no serious side effects. 2.6% in the men in the treatment group (and 1% of the men within the placebo group) reported treatment-related adverse events.
Urologist Ira D. Sharlip, MD, a spokesman for that American Urological Association, says men that suffer premature coming need new, more patient-friendly treatments. “This 黑金剛持久液 has promise to become one of the most effective treatments for premature coming,” Sharlip says in a news release. “It features a quantity of characteristics which will be appealing to patients with premature coming.”
